CHARLES H. HERSHSON
Charles “Chuck” Hershson, president of Fidelity Mortgage Lenders, Inc., founded the company in 1971 after graduating from the University of Southern California (B.S. Real Estate and Finance) and working for several years as a licensed real estate broker.
A leading member of the California real estate community, Chuck has served as president of the California Mortgage Association (CMA), president of the Mortgage Association of California (MAC) and president of the California Independent Mortgage Brokers Association (CIMBA). He has also been a member of the Real Estate Finance Advisory Committee appointed by the Commissioner of the California Department of Real Estate.
In addition, Chuck is active in many community organizations, including serving on the board of the Cancer Support Community, the Guardians, The Jewish Home for the Aging, and Friends of the Hebrew University. He’s also a supporter of the Real Estate and Construction Division of the Jewish Federation and is a member of the Board of Governors of Cedars-Sinai Hospital.

Peter Steigleder, Chief Operating Officer of Fidelity Mortgage Lenders, Inc., brings with him 27 years of finance, commercial real estate and economic development experience.
After studying real estate and finance at Cal State Northridge, Peter served as Director of Economic Development for the German Consulate General in Los Angeles. In 1999, Peter began his real estate career at Beitler Commercial where he earned the prestigious recognition of “Rookie of the Year” and soon thereafter earned the title of Senior Vice President. In 2006, Peter joined Lee & Associates where his consistent status as one of the company’s top producers quickly elevated him to Principal status. In 2009, he joined Delphi Business Properties as a partner before founding Hudson Commercial Partners. Peter has completed over 600 sales, leasing and development transactions during his career.
He and his wife, Sarah, who practices corporate finance law at McDermott Will & Emery LLP, reside in Playa Vista. They have two children, a daughter, Chase, and a son, Tristan. Peter actively gives back to his community. He and his family volunteer at LA Works. Additionally, Peter serves on the Executive Board of The Guardians of the Los Angeles Jewish Home for the Aging.

Herb Nunez, manager of the commercial loan department has been with Fidelity Mortgage Lenders, Inc. for more than 23 years. He joined the firm after 12 years with a company that specialized in computer systems for the mortgage industry.
A graduate of Inglewood High School, he attended El Camino College where he studied real estate financing and accounting.
Fluent in Spanish, Herb implemented marketing campaigns to the Spanish speaking communities of California. Married with two children, Herb is a licensed pilot and enjoys racquetball and golf in his leisure hours.

Ralph Haber was born and raised in Los Angeles, graduating from Montebello High School and Cal State Los Angeles earning a degree in education. He taught school in the LA Unified School District from 1965 through 1979, when he left to join Aames Home Loan, eventually becoming a Vice President in the mortgage division.
He joined Fidelity Mortgage Lenders in 1997 assisting on loan origination and the escrow and titles processes through loan recording.
He has two sons, one a teacher for LAUSD, the other an account manager with a loan fraud investigation company.. He relaxes by jogging and doing the LA Times crossword puzzles.

Larry Frank has worked as a loan manager for Fidelity for ten years following a 30-year career in the advertising and public relations industry. A graduate of Queens College of the City University of New York, he is a veteran of the US Army.
Married for 39 years, he and his wife have one son who attends Loyola Law School. He enjoys golf and collecting signed first edition detective fiction books.

Neil Sokoler, Loan Manager, brings 30 years of banking and lending experience to Fidelity Mortgage Lenders. Neil is a 40 year resident of Southern California and a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles, UCLA.
Prior to joining Fidelity, Neil specialized in small business lending working with business owners, accountants, real estate professionals, and attorneys. He has funded hundreds of loans totaling in excess of a quarter billion dollars.
Neil patiently and knowledgeably assists borrowers in the purchase or refinance of their commercial, industrial or investment property.

Simone Williams has more than 20 years of experience as an escrow officer. Following eight years with Washington Escrow Company, she joined Fidelity Mortgage Lenders, Inc. in 2000. In 2003 she was named Manager of the escrow department.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, she is a graduate of Crenshaw High School and California State University-Dominguez Hills where she earned a BS in accounting.
In her leisure time Simone enjoys shopping, traveling and working out.
