Stacey Wiegandt

Stacey Wiegandt has specialized experience in real estate and financing sectors combined with a forward-thinking approach for small business owners. Stacey graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and has been active in residential, multifamily and commercial lending, as well as in real estate sales.

Stacey’s early career was focused on residential mortgage lending with Household Finance Corp and Central Pacific Mortgage. Her time at Transamerica Financial Services was spent providing financing options for small businesses and their end users.  Stacey then transitioned to Chase Bank working with a team focused on commercial and multifamily lending. She became such a trusted source for her clients, she was recruited away from the lending industry to help manage financial operations for their family-owned businesses.  Stacey’s unique history with lending, small business operations and real estate sales make her a great fit for understanding the needs of her clients at Fidelity.

Stacey has an adult son and has resided in the Sacramento region since 1998.  Her free time is spent golfing, playing pickleball and traveling to watch her son, Josh, play professional golf.
