Patricia Simpson

Patricia Simpson is a Loan Servicing Specialist at Fidelity Mortgage Lenders, Inc., where she oversees tax and insurance monitoring for the company’s loan portfolio. She is a dedicated financial services professional specializing in loan servicing, with more than 20 years of experience managing the full lifecycle of both consumer and commercial loans.

Throughout her career, Patricia has held several key roles within the mortgage servicing industry. She served as a Loan Servicing Supervisor at CIT Residential Lending and spent more than 13 years at Bank of America, where she worked as a Senior Operations Insurance Analyst and held multiple operational roles of increasing responsibility. In these positions, she developed a strong foundation in financial oversight, portfolio management, and, while maintaining a strong commitment to customer service and operational excellence.

As a Six Sigma Green Belt, Patricia has contributed to initiatives that drive measurable improvements in operational quality, workflow efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Patricia was born in Pasadena, California, and is the proud mother of two adult children who both have careers in real estate. She is also a devoted grandmother to her grandson. Outside of her professional work, Patricia is actively involved in her local community and regularly serves at her church in Los Angeles, California.
