An apartment owner needed a loan of $500,000 for reserves. The borrower’s long-term plan was to get a bank loan. Every bank he approached required these reserves.
His property is worth well over a million, so we could quickly and easily refinance it. We got the title report back a few days after we spoke, and the completed loan application was ready two days later.
The following week, we drove out to the borrower’s house with the completed loan documents for signature.
The money was in his account in two weeks.
The borrower and his wife were amazed by the efficiency and speed. Best of all, they gave us referrals later.
