Hershson, acknowledged as “Uncle Chuck by his team members,” founded the company in 1971, after years of working as a licensed real estate broker. Chuck also served as the President of California Mortgage Association (CMA), Mortgage Association of California (MAC) and California Independent Mortgage Brokers Association (CIMBA). Under his guidance and strategic leadership, Fidelity aims to achieve new growth objectives and stand out in the real estate and mortgage market.
Steigleder expressed his joy on the announcement and said, “I am honored for the opportunity to serve as President of this steadfast company of over 51 years and am excited to grow the company for the years to come.” With more than 20 years of experience in banking, economic development, and commercial real estate, Steigleder has also served as Director of Economic Development for the German Consulate General in Los Angeles.
Mentored by Chuck who slowly transitioned Fidelity to his ownership and management, Steigleder is excited to take the company to new heights.
